Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analysis Trainer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of business analysis education. As a Business Analysis Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs that enable our participants to master the art and science of business analysis. Your role will be critical in ensuring that our learners acquire the necessary skills, knowledge, and best practices to excel in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development: Create and update training materials, including presentations, case studies, exercises, and assessments, in alignment with industry best practices and emerging trends in business analysis.
- Instruction: Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to individuals and groups, both in-person and through virtual platforms, fostering a conducive learning environment.
- Content Customization: Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs and skill levels of participants, ensuring the content is relevant and applicable to their roles.
- Feedback and Assessment: Provide constructive feedback and evaluation to participants, facilitating their growth and development in business analysis.
- Mentoring: Offer one-on-one or group mentoring sessions to support learners in applying business analysis concepts to real-world scenarios.
- Stay Current: Continuously update your own knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and industry trends to ensure the content and delivery remain cutting-edge.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their training needs and customize programs accordingly. Build strong client relationships by providing exceptional service.
- Evaluation and Reporting: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis), or PMI-PBA (PMI Professional in Business Analysis) preferred.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a deep understanding of business analysis concepts and methodologies.
- Prior experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse groups of learners.
- Proficiency in using training software and virtual learning platforms.
- 5 years of experience in Business Analysis/equivalent military experience
